It all started when…
I have been fascinated by stories for as long as I can remember. After growing up in New England, I earned a BA in Creative Writing from Oberlin College. While I was training in writing, I thought about what it would be like to work with people’s stories off the page, and decided to pursue a career in psychotherapy.
I earned an MSW with a clinical concentration from the University of Pennsylvania, where I received the John Hope Franklin Award for Combating American Racism.
After completing my studies, I remained in Philadelphia, where I practice, write, and explore.
