I believe therapy is a collaborative process that is designed to heal the fractures of life’s challenges. My treatment approach is eclectic, guided by each individual's needs to increase understanding and encourage growth.

I currently provide individual therapy and clinical supervision in Philadelphia. Previously, I worked as a therapist at a residential facility for treating eating disorders and at a methadone maintenance facility, with further experience in violence intervention, Employee Assistance Program counseling, and drug and alcohol treatment research. I specialize in working with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, infertility, substance abuse, relationships, grief and loss, gender and sexuality, trauma, and adjustment to life changes.

As a writer, I seek to explore the role of mental health in conversation and increasing curiosity about making empowered life choices. I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves, be that in a clinical setting or by reading a thoughtful article. My writing centers on mental health and relationships and how the two relate to functioning better in the world. I have provided expert interviews for pieces in Prevention, Mind Body Green, Cosmopolitan, Bustle, BestColleges.org, Fab Fit Fun, Authority Magazine, Thrive Global, Dazed Digital, Spark People, UpJourney, and Under Armour.
